Workshop Deadlines
Sessions must be available for registration in MIS as follows. Workshops scheduled for September 1 to December 31, 2010, must be in MIS and open for registration by March 15, 2010. Workshops scheduled for January 1 to April 30, 2011, must be in MIS and open for registration by July 15, 2010. Workshops scheduled for May 1 to August 31, 2011, must be in MIS and open for registration by November 15, 2010.

Epsilen is a Learning Management System endorsed by TEA for use in online training for Texas educators. The following sessions will provide basic training in creating a course, lessons, monitoring chats and forums, and other areas related to online learning. These sessions are intended for participants new to the Epsilen environment. Sessions for more advanced users will be scheduled at a later date. |

Bulbs used in projectors such as those in our presentation rooms normally cost between $400 and $600. Because of the price, we ask that you be efficient in their use. Please consider the following suggestions: - Do not turn the projector on until shortly before your workshop begins; projectors have been observed on as early as 7:30 am for workshops that do not begin until 9:00 am.
- Turn the projector off during lunch.
- Always turn the projector off when the workshop is finished.
